Cosmic Cookware Warranty

Cosmic Cookware offers 2 types of limited warranties which are valid for the products purchased from Cosmic Cookware and its authorised retailers only.

2-Week Warranty:
This is applicable for any manufacturing defects encountered 14 days upon receiving the product.

1-Year Warranty:
This is only applicable for cookware that experience peeling, blistering & failure of non-stick coating within 1 year from the purchase date. (Applicable for Cosmo Pan, Cosmo Fry and Cosmo Casserole only).

Customers are recommended to inspect individual products once received (within two weeks from the date received) in order to claim for warranty. Cosmic Cookware will replace defective products / parts depending on the defect. All defects have to be clearly captured according to requirements as below so we can identify and replace them accordingly.

Warranty claim must include a clear picture or video to clearly show the defect. If no pictures or videos can be provided, Cosmic Cookware reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if we believe that the warranty claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith.

We may or may not request for customers to send the product back to our headquarters for inspection, the shipping and handling costs will not be covered by Cosmic Cookware.

What is covered under the Cosmic Cookware 2-Week Warranty

1. Construction defects from the manufacturer (i.e. defects that directly affect cooking) such as handle misalignment, any damages, dents, scratches or non-washable stains to the inner coating of the cookware or utensils, or lids does not close properly.

2. Workmanship from the manufacturer such as blistering or peeling on the inner coating, or failure of non-stick coating.

What is covered under the Cosmic Cookware 1 Year Warranty

What is NOT covered under the Cosmic Cookware Warranty

1. Improper use or failure to comply with the use & care instructions.

2. Minor imperfections which do not impair the functionality of the product as intended. These include: Cosmetic exterior damages such as scratches, dents, scuffs, stains from ingredients and sauces, discoloration, colour changes, minor paint chips, normal wear and tear, or failure to comply with the use & care instructions.

3. Any damages caused by:

• Cooking with metal/sharp utensils such as a metal spatula, knife, fork or spoon.
• Washing using steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach and other similar products.
• Commercial usage, including heavy and prolonged usage of the product.
• Improper storage
• Thermal shock, burns, overheating, or prolonged exposure to the high heat when empty.
