All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in West Malaysia. Note the higher shipping charge to EAST MALAYSIA is due to the weight of the item being shipped from West Malaysia.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 5-7 working days upon receiving your tracking number (based on the table below), do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.
