Where do you ship to?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in West Malaysia. Note the higher shipping charge to EAST MALAYSIA is due to the weight of the item being shipped from West Malaysia. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 3-7 working days upon receiving your tracking number (based on the table below), do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way. We use trusted local courier services such as Poslaju, Ninjavan, SkyNet, J&T decided by availability of your area.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa & Master credit/debit cards, e-wallets, online banking, Atome and also PayLater by Grab where you can pay next month or pay in 4 monthly instalments.

I did not receive my tracking number

Can I amend my order?

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

For sanitary purposes, we only accept returns or exchange in cases where there is a manufacturer's defect upon receiving of your Cosmic Cookware. If you're having issues with your cookware, please send us pictures or video of the issues to

Care Instructions for your Cosmic Cookware

Upon receiving your product…

We have included a care card within the order to ensure you "break" into your pan correctly to ensure that the pan works the way it should.

Upon receiving your pan, you should wash the pan in hot sudsy water before use. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Make sure to "season” the pan prior to first use. To season, heat pan on low heat for 30 seconds. Remove from stove and put one tablespoon of Vegetable oil in each pan. Rub the oil over the entire interior with a paper towel. Let it sit until the next time you have to use your pan.

Does the Cosmo Pan require special care?

No extensive special care needed however, please follow the care instructions included in your order closely in order for warranty to be valid.

1 Year (Limited) Warranty for your Cosmo Pan

The Cosmic Cookware warranty covers the Cosmo Pan, Cosmo Fry and Cosmo Casserole for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty is only valid for the products  purchased from Cosmic Cookware and its authorised retailers in Malaysia and Singapore only.
